Full Planning & Design

With exclusive full planning and design services Sonya Moore Wedding & Event Design handles the design, execution and management of your entire event to create a beautiful and cohesive environment. I begin with an onsite walkthrough and consultation to talk about your inspiration and ideas. From there I create a detailed design proposal, including visual inspiration, a color board, layouts and renderings of the event spaces. I manage florals, rentals, linens, decor, signage and props.
Also included are my design and creative services for custom save the dates, invitation suites and all day-of stationery. I provide assistance with ceremony planning and advice throughout the planning process, ensuring a cohesive flow throughout the event. Leading up to the party I create a detailed timeline and production schedule and conduct a walkthrough with all pertinent vendors. Together we create plans, layouts and seating chart.

The weekend of the wedding I receive vendors on-site and oversee the set up and breakdown of your event from start to finish to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your family and closest friends on your big day.

DESIGN AND DECOR
Helping you “set the stage” for your event is something I do with a great passion. Wether a small intimate gathering or an elaborate large event, I will guide you through the selection of all the elements to create, visually, the perfect setting for your celebration.
I love designing and creating custom florals and would love to produce the florals for your event or work closely with a florist of your choice.
I can also suggest ways to enhance your décor with accompanying rentals such as structures, sets, rooms, linens, lighting, furniture and more.
